Remove parts from front bumper

Hi all,

I am removing some parts from the front bumper to paint them glossy black.
There is one part that I wwant to remove but I can't.
Does anyone know how to remove this ?

It could be screwed in from behind, I think the lower grills are.

Look up the model on Real OEM, the exploded parts diagrams can sometimes give clues.
