Removal of the electric roof switch module

Hi,

Has anybody removed the switch unit in the centre console, the one that controls the electric roof and heated seats. If so any advice you can give me would be appreciated.

Hi, Would be nice if you introduced yourself and your Zed. :wink:
In answer to your question pull out your ash tray and remove the single screw which is under it and the whole unit pulls out and can be unplugged from the wiring loom.

Sorry for not introducing myself. I'm from South Wales and have just recently bought my 2008 Z4 its the 2.0Ltr model.
:thumbsup: Thanks for the advice, I had a bit of a nightmare getting the torx screw out, it got so far then just started spinning. Got there in the end though.
