Removal of sun blinds

Hi, I have read the threads on removing the A pillar (want to fit Dashcam after buying my E89) and the TIS instructions.

The instructions start with removing the two sunblinds, but I have failed at the first hurdle as I can't see any screws/torx to remove or any obvious covers hiding them and don't want to start breaking bits of trim without knowing what to look for.

Can anyone give me a steer on which bits to prise off please?

Not sure why your having trouble finding the 2 screws that hold the sun visor on as they are quite obvious on mine.
