I would definitely invest (£5) in some plastic trim removal tools. These are the ones I have had any they have stood up to my yanking pretty well. Might want to check if you need a Torx screwdriver as well (T25 heads are all over the Zed so I wouldn't be surprised if you encounter some).
Was it you that just paid £650 for the carbon leather trim on ebay, by the way? Not a bad price - certainly compared to what you would pay for a new set.
