remote roof opening and closing

Hi Folks
I have had my zed for couple weeks now 2012 white red coral leather 23i pics to follow!!

I can lower the roof with the fob unlock button but cant seem to raise it again?lock close button is this correct? or does the engine need to be running to close it back up?
