Remote ECU flashing

Hi Guys,
Happy New Year. Had ask before, been directed to some tuners but apparently they no longer provide the services.
I live in no mans land no tuners or dynos here. Driving a 28i & running JB4 with with decat & wagner IC. Want
to get the ecu properly remapped. Would appreciate your kind advice

I thought remote flashing of the N20 was not possible as it needs a jumper on the DME?
