Remote central locking problem. Replaced GM5 relays STILL NOT WORKING

Hi everyone, I really hope someone can help. I've had the car about 9 months now and never had working remote central locking. I've had the key tested and the key definitely works, and I recently bought a couple of new relays to replace the 2 units on the GM5 module which seem to commonly cause RCL issues but still nothing! I've read through the posts on the forum and repairing the GM5 seems to fix it for most people. Please help!

I don't mean to state the obvious but, have you gone through the pairing procedure to pair the key with the car?
