Remapping on a 3.0se 2003

So been looking at options to make increase the boho of my z4 I have looked at a super charger but far to expensive I have tried to find out about a turbo conversion but seems hard to gain info or anyone willing to do it so.......next thing is a remap so was just wondering after spending 400 quid on a map what sort of power gain and what it’s like after .
I always kind of think the mid range is pretty flat until you get to 5000rpm
 
Might be worth having vanos seals done if they haven't already , if they need doing you'll be surprised at the drive afterwards,
 
I always thought that mapping only really worked on turbo engined cars. The gains on the non-turbo car are minimal I believe
 
Literally just had a read up about vanos seals cars I st done 80000 so I think I will get these done ASAP
It’s not massively down on power but reading that they need to be done after 40 k it’s worth it
