Reliable torque specification sources

Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone had a decent source for all torque specs on the e85 zeds. Usually ill find a YouTube video or something that tells me, or worst case scenario, Google and chat gpt (as much as I hate using it).

If anyone has other sources please let me know, thanks.

You can choose different years, but I guessed at a 2005 3.0i M54
