Reinhold remote roof module - additional use

Tried something today with this module and found it worked.

When parking the car in the garage exiting the car is difficult due to lack of space.

If the roof is down, not an issue as you can exit the car and press the lock button three times and the roof and windows are closed.

What I tried though was exiting the car with the roof up and windows down (if raining for example). this makes exiting easier, then press the lock button three times.

Although the roof is already closed, it closes the windows

I know this is possible by putting the key in the door and turning, or buy getting the key programmed, but at £40 for the programming you have half bough this module.

Yes - that would work for sure.
Pressing the button 3 times just completes whatever cycle the roof / windows are part way through, even if it were not initiated by the module. So the same logic closes the windows if the roof were already up, etc.

I used the feature a lot when I had the hardtop on.
