The wife has kindly modified the diamond cut alloys on the f31. There's a half inch scrape on the lip. Research has suggested the face of the wheel can be remachined on a lathe but until she learns to drive properly I'm inclined to have it smoothed with a buffing wheel. A 90% good as new finish will suffice without preventing it being refinished at a later date. Any recommendations for this in East London/Essex? Should be well within a mobile guys remit...also suggestions on who can remachine the face at a later date appreciated.

Time for a replacement.................................................. wife.

Trust me... I've thought about it.

Thing is she makes herself useful around the kitchen. πŸ˜‹

I could've turned the air blue when I found out: apoplectic, especially since we've only had the wagon 2weeks and my last words were: 'make sure you take it up a dropped kerb' when parking. πŸ˜ͺ

Just a guess but I bet your good lady doesn’t see these posts!

Nah. But I've eluded to it... She pretty much guessed what I'd write verbatim. Knows me too well. Might keep the old workhorse a bit longer (f31+wife)

Essex wheels in Harlow are the best in the local area....do a great job on these for sensible money.
