Where does it say on the Glass's valuation it includes those extras? 10k is a giveaway imo, but he needed a quick sale due to his circumstances and as long as he is happy with that then none of this matters.

Once upon a time in a land far far far far far far away I worked in the trade.

Should you be able to lay your hands on an actual physical glasses guide you can read the "spec" aspect there. Poverty spec cars are not wanted (no offence intended).

Chester will have done his homework and had the car valued professionally prior to pricing it, he didnt pay anywhere near 24k for it.

Sorry ppl but thats the way it is, the car industry is on its knees and our cars have been hit hard.

Chesters car is worth circa £10k in the trade or for a quick private sale.
I for one certainly wouldnt have paid anymore than that should I have wanted a 2.0l.

Bet if you was selling it the price would be different!

10k is very cheap whatever way you look at it, I couldn’t find another near that price for the year, and the 'poverty spec' can be upgraded easily by any enthusiast like I did. The 2.0 is desirable for people that drive business miles like me. I certainly wouldn’t be driving a ‘rich mans spec’ 3 litre 25k miles a year!

pfft... pansy :P :poke:

With the prices these cars are going for at the moment especially :D

22k in mine last year - 30MPG ish on the motorway is alright...servicing smarts a bit.

£10k for an 08 plate 2.0 Z4 seems like a real deal to me tho

A steal more like. So at 10k that equates to the car retaining just 40% of its value and its less than 12months old! Like has been said i couldnt find one in the classifieds going for anywhere near that price either, but for sure it is a buyers market with some great bargains to be had out there.

I wouldnt be selling a 2.0l as I wouldnt have owned one! :)

Hopefully that should now silence the critics.
