Redundant tax disc holder idea

I do think this is a good idea and would be invaluable in an emergency.

But I have never liked having the tax disc or anything else stuck in the windscreeen.
On a small screen especially I'm really liking the clean look of no stickers :thumbsup:
 
I have to agree with Grumpyowl, great idea but I've wanted to get rid of the tax disc out of the screen for years so I'm very reluctant to replace it with something else. I carry all my medical stuff in my wallet anyway .......... Don't always remember to pick it up when I go out though - maybe I should have it tattooed on my tummy :)
 
Great idea, though I don't think I'd do it. I like not having a tax disc now. I don't go anywhere without my wallet, phone and fags anyway - they'd get enough info from the first two to be going on with. Comes from when I was learning to fly - upon questioning about why he was taking his wallet & fags my instructor pointed out that if we ended up in a field he'd quite like to have a smoke, and the means to get back to the mess bar... Some things just stick I guess :lol:
 
Thats a good idea... But i would have though the phone would be the best port of call... As in an accident who would think to look at the windshield, if its even still intact?

On my phone even when locked asking siri to call "wife" or "home" works pretty well!

Clever idea but looks a bit ugly, I won't be putting it on my windscreen. As above I always have ID on me, so they'll figure it out.
