Hi guys
I have just been given an unexpected financial opportunity which to jump at ideally requires the sales of my Z4M, I had no intention of selling the car in fact the car just had a front bumper respray to freshen up the paintwork and was also booked for full machine polish and ceramic coating in 2 weeks time.
The car is as follows
2006 Z4M roadster in interlagos blue with black interior with 53K on the clock,
Memory seats
Heated mirrors
Carbon dash
Auto lights
Cup holders
4 owners prior to myself with the last owner owning the car for almost 8 years
The car has a full service history with the first 4 being BMW and then biannually with a independent
I have had the car up on the ramp myself at work and the underside is looking very good for a car of this age!
As I had bought this as a longer term car in the past 7 months I have done the following
- June Inspection 2 at BMW main dealer which included valve clearance check, new front discs, new pads all round, new diff input seal
- new ZHP gear knob (have kept original)
- black grill (have kept original)
- sought after GruppeM intake, this makes night and day difference to the sound of the S54 engine! no aftermarket exhaust needed (have original airbox)
- new rear MP super sport tyres
- all 4 wheels have been refurbished in satin silver along with brand new genuine BMW centre caps and new wheels bolts
- Aux input which has Bluetooth receiver attached for music streaming
As mentioned the car just had a front bumper repaint, the rest of the paint work is in good condition; it is just in desperate need of a good power polish which will get rid of 95% of the odd smaller light scratches.
So as a whole once I had gotten it machine polished and ceramic coated would of classed the cars condition as excellent
being picky the following niggles are
- there is two white powdery marks on the inside the roof, Iv not tried to get rid of them with anything more than normal interior cleaner so may come off just never fussed as drive 95 % with the roof down
- the rear 3rd brake light - if I was keeping would replace just as up close you can tell the rubber seal looks a little tired
- there are a few marks on the plastic casing round the buttons on the steering wheel
- light wear on drivers seat bolster what I would class as low wear for 15 years and 53k
Other than that for a 15 year old car would comfortably say is in very good condition!
