Yuk !!! and .....Holy sh*t...how much ??

Funniest thing i've read today !!!

Thanks for your constructive input.

I have no concept of how much these wheels are worth, there are not even any listings that have been completed or sold on eBay with them in. The only thing I can go by is BMW's own price and these are less than half that.

Again - thanks for your input.

First post and its to sell something

GLWTS, think you might need it

I have read this forum a lot and did 90% of my research here before buying the Z4. This is the first time I have needed to post anything, so what is the problem? It's a Z4 forum, someone might want these wheels I have no idea. I have not needed to post before because everything I needed to know has already been covered numerous times about common issues, remaps, free mods, fuel costs, run flats or not, anything I needed was already done. Nobody needs another "Hello I'm Luke, 23 from Chichester and my car is a Z4" post.

I disagree with the above, that joining the forum just to sell is an issue.

However I do think they seem overpriced as they have been failing to sell individually in "very good" condition on ebay for £190 a corner:

Having said that as above, I'm no expert and have no idea what the going value is for them.. so probably worth holding onto your make an offer listing and seeing what you get?

Obviously new from BMW is a ridiculous £2000+ which I don't think anyone would pay half of for used..

GLWTS

So what if Eddie's first post is to sell something,if it's to someone's advantage on here or a good deal to someone on the forum then it must be a good thing. If it was a set of 224s he had for sale at a good price I'm sure it wouldn't have been an issue. :)

Come on guys, let's have some constructive input at least.

It does pay to have some common etiquette yes, but no need to knock the guys sale just for posting his wheels, they could at the end of the day be doing somebody a favour. He's hardly making an El Taco statement!

-Eddie, your wheels do look in good condition however they do seem a little steep as far as forum prices go. IMO starting price should be around £700, what do others think?

I know they cost a lot knew from BMW but so did my Z4, however I would put it up for half the showroom price!

GLWTS non the less

Not exactly stunning wheel,s but many out there worse / condition look,s ok but 2 front tyres are shot & 2 rears are looking at the finish line 8)
JMO Eddie but you need to be under £500 to get some attention or interest / forget what they were new , that,s a figure dreamt up by BMW execs, a blindfold & a dartboard i think

Succinctly put  but how true

So did they sell.
I'm looking.
Think another forum member sold a set with good tyres on ebay after very little interest..£500.
