Red tire warning light

Hi guys,

My tire pressure light is on and won't turn off. All tires are holding pressure and all at the correct pressure.
Followed the normal procedure to turn it off but nothing works.

Any suggestions?

Do you mean holding the button inside the car as you would usually but it hasn't turned off? If not, it could be a pressure sensor failure on one of the wheels? Worth getting it plugged in and checked. Where abouts are you? I have INPA and ISTA and am in bucks, happy to help if needed?
 
Thanks for the reply,! I thought it could be a sensor alright. I'm in Sweden but luckily I have a local mechanic that has a carly.

Ah haha yes that may be a bit far for me to come take a look for you :rofl: keep us posted on what it turns out to be! My battery decided to just die on me today so I've just had to order a new one. It's a good job we love these cars!
 
I had a similar problem a couple of years ago, wouldn't reset using the book procedure. I reset by starting the car then driving a short distance at less than 10mph while holding down the reset button until the warning light went out.

I thought the system on the e85 was abs based in that it detected more or less rotation in relation to the other wheels ??? , that’s why it needs to self calibrate while rolling.when you reset it changes from red to yellow till calibrations complete and then goes off
 
Tried driving slowly forward but it didn't work BUT was on a motorway today and hit 120km and the light went off :)
