its a bit like a coin toss, you could both get tails when the pay out is heads.
 
This is a hell of a lot more interesting and better thought out than that crappy Simon Cowell creation, Red or black.
 
If I went into the bookies and saw them offering 99/1 on what I perceived to be an evens risk shout I'd snap their hands off.
For that reason, green.

Had nothing to start with, a million is nice but won't change my life anywhere near as much as 100mil could. If I don't win I just get on with it, still got a Z :D
 
I clicked, and clicked, and clicked on the picture, but no money seems to be materialising, so I call this a SCAM :P

As a theoretical question, there's a few variables and as I don't see any rule that says I can't press the green button more than once, I'd go for green *

Although if the rules say it's a one-press deal, then I'd go for the guaranteed $1m - 'bird in the hand...' and all that :P

* yes, I realise that a 50% chance does not mean I'm guaranteed a win if I press it twice, it's just each press has a 50% chance of being a 'win' and I could have an infinite run of 'lose')
