Red Indicator Flashing Even Though Top Is Latched

Hey All

When I open the top and confirm that it has latched, after a few minutes of driving, the red LED flashes. If I either press the open button or get out and lightly press down on the top, the flashing stops. What's going on here?

This is a 2005 2.5i and I recently had a Robbins replacement top installed.

Possibly the down microswitch on the left hinge not quite aligned.
Or it could just be the new material needs time to lose its stiffness.

OK, good to know. I haven't been opening the top much for several weeks due to cool weather and rain, but the last few days have been perfect top-down weather.

Sounds like I might need to just give it a little time then.
