That's a pretty rare colour for some reason which seems strange because it looks fantastic!

Judging by the seats and steering wheel it may be a Sport model too - if so that's worth mentioning.

A low mileage, 2 former keeper Z4 for someone - GLWTS.

3.0si money that
Indeed it may be, but as said, find another with the mileage, service history, ownership and paperwork. as near as it gets to a 'no risk collectable' IMHO.
If I had more garage space, I would buy it.

That's one very smart Red Roadster, Andrews Rick.
Should sell easily enough, as I think the ask is pretty spot on in the current market, given its mileage etc and condition going by the pics.

As said, good luck finding an 07 reg or similar, 3.0si with this low mileage, for under 9k and you'll be doing well with current prices
Think this should sell easily at around 7500 to 8k.
Glwts.

Interesting to see that the market for, a then, 7 year old 3.0 z4, with plenty of tastefully upgrades and enhancements, such as clear lights etc, had a similar market value back in 2012,and now, due to inflated prices due to lack of supply of cars at the minute, prices are back at those levels.

Great time to sell if you don't need to replace it right away.
Very nice looking car.
Someone's going to get a cracker by the looks of it

Looks like a stunning car and it's only right that there should be a price premium for the low mileage and the way it's clearly been looked after.

As a 6 cylinder, naturally aspirated, manual roadster with very low mileage and immaculate condition, it's a pretty rare thing and there will definitely be someone out there who's prepared to pay for it.

GLWTS

Hello all,

Thanks for the great comments and support. I’m in no particular hurry to sell and would wish to sell to somebody who appreciates what a special example it is.

Sorry 2.5 Z the stormworks knob stays on the car as I think it’s a necessary subtle modification. Spent months tracking one down!!!

Tbh I’m gutted to be getting rid of it - however thanks to Cv-19 my wife and I now both wfh and last year we managed 5k miles divided over 3 cars!! Being a family of 4 - whenever we do venture out we take the X3 !

Thanks again. Rick

You should get that money for it being the example it is. I recently bought a Ruby Black 3.0si on 31K miles for £10,500 so that blokes comment is ludicrous, that or I'm a gullible twat. GLWS

Given your reasoning and the quality of your car, you could easily SORN it and assuming you have space to store it, hold out for the money you want and the owner you want it to go to.
With the history that car has, giving it away to some chancer who just wants to beat the price down would be a sad way to see it leave you.
GLWTS and fingers crossed your circumstances will improve and you can keep it after all.

Enuff-zed, all
Thanks for your supportive words, good to know consensus is that ask asking price is fair / reasonable.
Still looking lovely and shiny on the driveway- still for sale!
Rick
