Red cloth re-trim

My Z has black cloth, strangely I actually prefer cloth. They don't get hot and sweaty in summer and leather is too damn slippy ( and the seats are pretty crap as is at holding you in place round the twisty stuff )

I want to retrim in red cloth. anyone know a rough cost of this. I'll be calling around next week but thought I'd post here incase anyone has done this

There's something nice about good cloth seat as they don't change temperature or sag like leather. Only downsides are cleaning and easier wear on the bolsters.

Have you got a material in mind? I can't post pics from my iPad (why the hell is that?!) but I always liked this red recaro trim.

No idea on cost but I can't see it being cheap.

Those are the exact seat trim I had in mind  seen those Recaro's last week and want that trim. seems it may be a good hard wearing trim too.

I paid around £700 to have my sport seats re trimmed in another colour leather if that's any help

clearly a man of excellent taste! :D

If the alcantara works out too expensive then i'm sure you can find a decent substitute

I'm hoping if £700 is for leather, maybe £300-£500 for cloth. Would like Alcantera centres but as these are standard sports seats ( not the ones in the //M ) I don't want to put too much into them. Their in great condition as is but would love red.
