Im off down to Ascot on Sunday for the Red Bull air race, not sure what to expect but the videos look cool.

Ive been invited by Red Bull so I will be taking full advantage of the Hospitality and a night in a 5 star hotel (yet to be named).

Any one been before?
Any good?
Anyone going?

Who cares what the event's about? You have 5 star accommodation and corporate hospitality - enjoy! :)

Went many years ago when it was run at Docklands, very impressive flying skills. Hope you enjoyed the VIP treatment.

Went last year, and going again this year for the whole weekend!
It's a great venue for it imho. You get a great view of the race, and a British 1-2 last year helped!!!
Even better for you if you get the hospitality treatment!

There are some great other things going on too, so make sure you get out to see it all! And make sure you watch the Chinook! Bloody amazing what they can do with that thing!

Well what a day!!!

I had no idea what to expect but before I knew it I was right in the spirit of things. Fantastic atmosphere and some of the skill on display is out of this world. Everywhere you looked there was something "extreme" going on, never a dull moment.

The hospitality by Redbull was equally as impressive with a club feel in one room, chill out in another and a multi level terrace outside to take in the action. The drinks flowed, as you would expect from a free bar and the food was nothing short of stunning.

If you haven't been, I would highly recommend it, would be a great day out for all family.

Just caught the news and was it a local home grown guy who won this year?? or were you too inundated with beverage to notice

I went to this on sunday with a few mates, thoroughly good day out. Was surprised how busy it was. Luckily we took some foldable chairs so found a good spot and had a nice relaxing day watching the action. The apache and chinook dsiplays were awesome.
