Recommend plugs and coils for my 2.0!

Pretty much what it says in the title:
I'm looking for an decent plug/coil combo for my 06 2.O. Going to replace the lot as I suspect it's still on the originals, or at best the replacements are old...

I'm not up to speed with all the different brands that are marketed online and don't want to get caught out with overpriced cheap pish - so can anyone recommend a decent, known brand combo? And what should the plugs be gapped at (if you know!).

NGK for plugs, any day.

Found sparkplugs.co.uk the best prices when I did mine a couple of years ago.

(Also, only today I found they changed the coil packs in 2006. They're functionally compatible but the connector keying is different. If you buy some and find the connector doesn't slide on nicely, take a blade or multitool and cut the key on the coil. Drastic but it saves hunting about for ones that fit and they work just the same.)
