Recommend a good metal polish

Hi all,

i have some stainless steel 30x60 bar for some gates that I want to polish up like chrome. I was going to just use Tcut and an attachment to a drill.

Any recommendations on a good metal polish please? And where from?

cheers.

Autosol is a great general purpose polish and will do 99% of the time, the Britemax twins can give a better finish but they do take longer as you have to polish everything twice - Easy Cut and then Final Shine

Another vote for Autosol.

I think I got mine from Halfords, but I would imagine that hardware stores, B&Q, Homebase and the like sell it.

Also, have a look at the Britemax - Metal Twins Kit

But you do get great lasting results from them, thankfully. Mike tried it on my silver tea pot, it's still not tarnished at all after 18 months. It's still super shiney

So a thumbs up from me on this one too.
