Recolouring Leather Seats

Wondering whether anyone has used Furniture Clinic's recolouring kits to change the seat colour of their Zed?
I am currently looking to buy an E86 and am struggling to find the right spec/mileage/colour combination.

What are your criteria for an E86, mine is for sale? There’s often seats and door cards available on eBay. There’s black ones, red ones and even a Phoenix yellow set on there at the moment.

YouTube videos available of people who have recoloured their seats.

It's not a beginner level job. I would do a test job on something small and cheap before trying to do the seats.

The furniture clinic kits are great stuff.

I've never used the Furniture Clinic kit but have read good things about it on here.

Anyway good luck finding the right E86.

Yes furniture clinic materials are great to restore leather finish if you want to change colour that could be a different thing and there is always the proberbility of the original colour showing though on seams and edges together with wear on the bolsters .

If same colour go for it !
