recharging AC

which tube? dunno which one is high or low...the cap if i remember correctly does not say...skinny tube or thick tube?

thanks...both the caps are identical with no markings as to which one is high or low.
 
well if you dont know then you shouldnt mess with it. only qualified mechanics should deal with the AC system. i believe theres legal issues on DIY AC recharges....
 
I just remembered, the recharge can's fitting will only fit on the proper port. The other port is smaller so it will not fit...

The only legal issues are when you discharge/evacuate the system to the atmosphere, or trying to charge R-12 in a R-134 system. But they stopped making R-12 years ago so it is VERY hard to come by..
 
yeah I tried and it only fits in one place lol

it's the one against the firewall(big tube)

mine says it's good but on hot days, it takes so long to cool :(
