Reception.

What phone make gives the best reception.Currently using an iPhone but find reception especially indoors very poor.I accept this has a lot to do with network ( currently on O2 ) , but my wifes Samsung seems perfectly fine even sat next to me. So what is your experience with different phones and reception. Plus is anybody using the Blackberry Z10 if so what are your thoughts . Thank you and have a lovely October. Steve.

EE - the rest of the family have O2 with the same problems. Mine is just doing fine in and around the house :D

All iPhones though.

do you also ave the iphone 3min rule? everyone i know seems to have issues with their phones as they get older dropping calls after 3 mins :D

glad to see other iphone o2 users get s**t reception not just me. a bit of a joke really, the 4g is no better on a htc summat, i just thought it was my flat

Buy/blag a PAYG SIM for each of the networks and try them out at home/work/pub.

Then stick to the one that gives you the best signal/service.

I've had no problem with my calls dropping out after 3 minute on my iphone 3 or 5 - on the Three network. Get great 4g at home in Liverpool, but only 2 bars of 3g in the office in west London (weak 4g outdoors though).

Had iPhone 3, 4 now 5 - all on different networks - I find my 5 on Vodaphone lies - it regularly reports 3 bars of signal - you attempt to make a call and nothing

They appear to have a problem moving from a poor signal area to a strong one - it seems to to retain the 'poor signal' behaviour - can't explain any better than that

Bit frustrating as the reason I moved from O2 to Vodafone was to get better reception- so finally concluded it's the iPhone itself bah!
