'Recent Topics' On The Homepage Have Stopped Updating

Not sure if it's affecting everyone or just me but I've not seen the 'Recent Topics' section update on any of my devices for the past few days. I'm guessing this may be due to a forum software update or something similar. It's a feature i use all the time when i have a chance to browse the site so would be be glad to have it back.

I only use the forum on a laptop where there is a "New Posts" tab which is working fine.

So presumably it's an issue specific to access from other devices.

New Posts and Active Topics, working fine on my Android tablet and phone. No Recent Topics, showing on these devices. :)
 
Recent topics is working for me, but it's a few hours behind. Is it a cached view?
 
This is what it's looked like for me for the past week or so - it doesn't change... Is everyone seeing the same posts in the list?

I often look at the forum when I'm not logged in in which case 'active topics', 'new posts', etc. are not there. Plus i think the recent topics widget on the homepage is easier to digest than those so i always end up using it even when logged in.
