rearend noise

I have a '08 coupe 3.0si with 97k, I've noticed a noise that only occurs when I load the engine. Usually above 30 mph, I've even heard it at 50 mph when passing others on the highway. I took it to the dealer they also heard it but couldnt tell me what it was or where it was coming from. To me it's coming from drivers rear wheel area. Sounds like a barking noise....errrrtaa??? I have a automatic transmission - cant tell if its coming from it, but it is slowing getting more noticeable. Any suggestions?

Have you had the wheel in the air and rattled it?
