Hi All , had my 2012 E89 2.0 , for 2 weeks now all well apart from a the rear window has a fog/mist around the bottom edges , see photos ,, what is this and how do i remove ? IMG_6140[2694].jpgIMG_6141[2695].jpg

That looks odd. It looks like some plastic protector tape has been left on it, which would explain the condensation. If you lower the roof partway, you can stop it where you can access the glass easily and check.

It's the glass delaminating. The very lower corners on my E85 hardtop rear screen are the same. Nowt to worry about as its only cosmetic

My car the same bottom left corner.
Did manage to poke some paint under the glass using some paper to reduce the effect.
Think it's the glass pulling away from bonding.
If really bad see if a glass fitters can remove and re stick.

Could it be condensation, check the boot is dry and feel the very bottom of the sponge cradle that the hydraulic roof pump sits in, mine was wet and taken an age to dry.

Spot on.
Does it affect the performance of your rear window demisting system i.e. are all the ,lines, embedded in the glass working?
If not and you have a warranty that is an electrical defect and you may have a claim.
Failing that call autoglass for a price if you are bothered by it...

Not inside.
Poke piece of wire under edge of glass and you will see it.
The mastic stuff they use to bond glass has pulled away.
Proper job i would go glass fitters, ask a quote to refit it.
