Rear Top Mounts and Comfort access

So my car is coming up to its end of manufactures warrantee (I'm extended for sure).

I was noticing a clunking noise from the rear and that was rear top mounts which had completed perished (can only done 20,000 miles) and I am a little shocked by that.

Also getting a rattle from the centre speaker behind the iDrive screen (screen was also replaced recently as it was getting stuck)

I was having issues with the comfort access system and on the second visit the computer brought out an error code. New door handle again. Estimated arrival time for the part.....1 month!!!! Seriously???? Thats the second time I have to wait a month!!!

Is it me or do these cars just have lots of niggles?

Car is a 2016 Z4 35iS
 
I had clunking, took me six months to cure by rotating a rear spring.
I stopped my iDrive rattle by spraying some silicon lube down the right hand side of the screen, as it seems the gears that raise the screen are loose and rattle.
