Rear Toe changed - Reasons why?

I have just had my 04 plate 3.0 SE back for an alignment and the rear toe has changed as shown below

From
left 0 deg 09'
right 0 deg 10'

To
left 0 deg 04'
right 0 deg 16'

Nothing has been touched at the back end and these measurements have been verified on 2 separate Hunter machines both for the before and what it is now on.

I have new rear Meyle HD bushes fitted and the cage is tight. Only change has been to centre the steering wheel due to new front tyres being fitted.

What could have made these figures change?

Thrust angle has also changed from 0 deg 01' to 0 deg 06' which it says is also now out of spec.

Sounds to me like the rear bushes are not installed correctly if that's all that has changed? That's just a guess though!

For my good understanding: are we talking about the ride height? If so, I'm interested to see responses because I have a similar issue: after a long drive, the ride height at the rear is different on each side. Sometimes it's both the same wheel gap, sometimes one is bigger than the other, up to an inch of difference sometimes. Only thing I changed, is the suspension (coilovers) but they are set at the lowest possible position. I have been told that this low seting could be the issue, as well as the springs that have shifted position (not height)... But since you did not touch your suspension, the issue could be something else...? I will be raising the height next weekend and check the springs to see whether it improves.

The rear bushes were installed 5 weeks ago and all the alignment figures are after that took place (both the before and after that I have quoted)

Did either of the garages use weights in the car to simulate driver? That could affect toe if one reading was with and one without.

Also potentially fuel load. And the bushes settling at different rates might cause this?

Yes, weights were used in all the alignments

Is it possible that altering the centre position of the steering wheel (only by a small amount) has affected the rear toe in?

I thought that the front and rear alignments were independent of each other but I could be wrong. Can anyone tell me differently?
