Rear tailight cluster out and fuse 6 keeps blowing

Hi
The rear taillights are out started with N/S now OS as well and now fuse 6 keeps blowing when the ignition is turned on. Sounds like a direct short of the wiring harness. Is there a joint in it between front and rear and if so where is joint so I can diagnose where the fault is located? Or any other suggestions?

It’s probably water in the cluster from poorly designed seals. I drilled small drain holes at the bottom of the cluster and half a cupful of water drained out. Problem fixed once they dried out! See my post and photos.
