Rear sub frame bushes - replace cost?

Hi Guys.

What do you reckon is a reasonable cost is to have all four rear sub frame bushes replaced? My normal mates rate guy cannot do it so I'm looking at an independent to do the work. Understand its quite a labour intensive job even if assume they don't find anything else wrong under there :-(

Mechanic thinks it's this with a large knocking noise after 96k mileage and most easier bushes done as needed.

IIRC I was quoted approx £400 for the full subframe refresh on my 325ci e46 a few years back. OEM bushes were £35 a piece (x4) , side bush 30 and the rest was time/labour/powder coating.

Made a big difference to the knocking sounds from the rear :driving:
