I doubt anyone here has gone that far..but on the grounds I’ve done just about everything else..wondered if anyone had any real world experience of these things?

I just like the way their strut and rear braces look, I'd say do it for the price it cannot really hurt and will look racy

Looks to be doing less than a front strut brace and as you think they’re a gimmick why are you even considering one of these..?

As you know I've twiddled with the 35is extensively...one of the few things that I'd not really looked at..past my desk so the question..

Apparently its not really anchored to anything significant at the back..according to someone who looked at it in detail..

So its not happening!

I have little knowledge but yeah it doesn’t look particularly strong and the front section is in 3 parts.
Plus that part with the bolts could possibly scrape on a hump or compression and break.

Frankly I didn't study it in detail..just through it out there..I suspected little real world experience of it on an E89..

This looks oddly similar to the ones I’ve seen for the Alfa Giulia, which had positive feedback. With this platform, I’m not sure do you have to forgo the undertray to have this installed?

Looks to me they had a generic design and just made endless versions for different cars..the E89 has some pretty chunky bracing already there..

FWIW I have an engine bay strut brace and it made b$gg£r all difference..

Earlier E generation cars were not so well braced or put together..

I've passed on this one..

Maybe other cars would benefit!
