Rear springs

A quick view pls

Left hand springs are the ones I’ve just taken off the 3.0

Right hand are the ones I’m refitting

Are the old ones aftermarket or non oem? Not seen ones like this before?

Deffo not standard afaik.
Think your dust covers should be hanging from the bottom of the bump stops though mate?
At least I've always found them like that on the cars and replaced the same way.
Certainly the originals on Project Freeleeta were like that.

The new ones have less ‘rungs’? Or what ever they are called. Does that make them softer?

I can’t see any discernible difference in height so assume they are just aftermarket

Rest your wallet on them and see if they compress the same amount.

That one on the left looks decidedly weird. They do come in all shapes and sizes though.
