Had my car booked in yesterday/today for an exhaust emission problem, got a call from dealer today to advise all fixed, then another later to advise my offside rear spring was broken.
I had no indication of this, and both me and the dealer had the wheels off two weeks ago, so my guess is it happened on the Kent/Sussex run last week.
Anyway when I collected the car I asked if they had both been replaced (as you doing knowing they will say no only one sir), and to my surprise they had, I was told this was done due to the low mileage (27k 3.5yrs old), now this seems like crap to me but I'm not going to argue as it's all under warranty.
