Rear Speaker Inline Crossover

First and foremost, happy new year and god bless you and yours for what lies ahead in this funny thing called life...

I'm adding some subs to my Z4 and I'm taking the signal from the rear speakers, however the subs are producing terrible sound, I've been reading up and have come to discover there is an inline crossover feeding the rear speakers and was wondering if anyone knew where it was so I can tap into the wires before it.
I really don't wanna run a cable all the way from the front to the back coz from my experience once you disturb the plastics to feed the wires they tend to squeak afterwards.

I don't know, but un1eash is a audiophile and he should definitely know. Try PM'ing him as he sold his Zed a while back, so don't think he comes here much.
