Rear sidemarkers

Help.
I have exported a Z4 3,0si 2008 to Norway. I have to rebuild the light system. Front park light has to be white. Blinkers have to be yellow/orange. I have found a guy here who known how to do it.

But the rear sidemarker has either to be removed or replaced by yellow/orange.
Anyone know if this is available somewhere?
 
The fronts could be replaced with these

63 14 7 162 737 Dummy part, side marker, left
63 14 7 162 738 Dummy part, side marker, right

The rears could be painted out or pretty sure some people on here have put a sticker over them.

I found an other forum discussing this subjet.
Solution is easy. Remapping the LCM to Euro program... But the dealers may refuse to remap.

My local smartass is estimating 2.500 $ + VAT
