Rear Lights- Top, Middle or Bottom.....?

Do you know if you can get a single German spec rear light with the clear lense from a dealer over here what with being in the EU and all that now? Personally I already have the clear roundels and 3rd brake light so the Ebay kit would contain a lot of kit I don't need.

I have ordered a single NS UK clear rear light so I guess as long as you have the relevent Part no. it should be possible.

I prefer having the turn signals red and the reverse lights white.

I also like that, the all red for the main lamp against the silver looks nice. good contrast.

Found some on Aceparts I think was the site, havn't bought any yet though. There are a few types, with different facing and number of LEDs etc. I'm gonna take the rear lamp off this weekend to see how big a bulb it can take.

I'll post pics and results when I have bought and tested.

Bumping this subject as now got my German O/S rear cluster and plan to use red film to cover the orange indicator parts on both sides.

Want my indicators to flash orange though, so is there green bulb option the way to go or orange LED. And if its the latter option, do the tail lights need any further mods to house LED bulbs?
