Rear light cluster

Sounds like a new unit. I bought a new one because mine had gone slightly dim. Then had to replace the other one because it didn't match the new one... !

How come they didnt match?

Surely they are all the same?

I will need to replace my passanger side cluster, how do I know which unit to order?

I’m assuming it didn’t match due to dulling with age/uv damage rather than being a different design of light? :?

Well despite the light cluster being dry and connections all good, it seems it’s the led indicator strip that’s knackered.
Oh well, replacement it is then.
So much for led being long life
Bring back bulbs.

Yup, the "old" one wasn't as bright, so I decided to swap it to match.

both of mine including the one to be replaced, seem in good condition, with no signs of any water ingress.
fingers crossed the other side doesn't fail after I replace the duff one
oh the joys of quality components.
