My led indicator has failed so it will not pass it’s MOT I have tried to source a new one to no avail BMW say they are unavailable. So I have a perfectly sound car that I cannot drive any suggestions please

I wouldn't hold your breath, I've ordered from hom this last month, something completely different, and he states 10 days before dispatch. To me that sounds like he gets them from BMW and doesn't hold stock!jeffjohnsound said:https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/285211100958?epid=1809499387&hash=item4267e8071e:g:v4UAAOSwgzFbXq1P&amdata=enc%3AAQAIAAAA4GMM6S4vUXhV%2FSDGI2kMKT0d0bTI7f6XBIRawZnuU4ZJf4yYU8K604UIceVaJDdejlt044nhlX2KplTNJR7JwAkI9qUASDzcQ5YR%2BxNJEHOpZslOjnVyCiWFXanB5RGJdcriWSwUAz%2Fu1m6W6d%2FGXQM6CHo2gLIUvZWtzbHYj5SVjpQQbCCs0FgF3u5pJYNf8TGYJgaitpKaHiXr2ogU0tX5stF%2B4GWNK89uIsnHN1O1tr1qUsoWDG9GE0VgygurZouGMGoN6drnqdwiI2vg2RQUCCe6DLJ5u9W96LezIzQH%7Ctkp%3ABFBMxrTq-sBi
Not really, because people will do what they've done on all other marquees when parts have gone out of production and work around it, whether that be a repair being offered or an aftermarket version (two aftermarket versions I've posted above).matsmith749 said:It's quite worrysome isn't it?
A common failing part in short supply - maybe even no longer available.
Does this effectively kill the car?
