Rear led amber indicator bulbs?

Hey fellas,

I've laminex'd my rear lights and although they are still slightly orange in the day, my friend who was following me said my indicators are definitely red at night

Does anyone know where i can get and what type bulbs I need etc? Would be most helpful

Green lamps.... Does that work? I got some red tints and my indicators are a little red

Yeah I thought green bulbs but because there still slightly orange I thought brighter orange bulbs would work

I got Brighter orange lamps and they didn't seem to change the indicator colour

One question are yours original amber indicators or clear type? Mine are original amber rear lights!

Green lamp + orange lens + red tint = ??? Not sure if that will work will it?

Do u have clear indicators or amber under your tints?

Been tried before. If the red tint is too dark, green bulbs won't work.

Worth a try, but don't get your hopes up

I've used proper laminex not the eBay fake stuff so it's not dark, in fact it's paler than the standard red lights. Should work for me I think

Strange school that, JE. Red and Yellow paint makes Orange, Red and Green makes Brown. Now, if you're talking light colours, then a Red light and a Green light makes an Orange light...

Didn't work for me, just wasn't showing enough orange for my liking!) I ended up replacing the rear lights with clears
