Rear discs and pads

I hope I am putting this in the right place. I had my perfectly good rear discs and pads from my z4MC replaced last week. Pads have 7mm and there’s no discernible lip on the discs. Even the alloy is clean. Just give me a fair price to take them off my hands. I am in Forest of Dean.
 
Are they OE? If so I could be interested in the discs, don't need pads. Out of interest if they were good why were they replaced?
 
Why do there things always come along just too late?

I had new rear pads fitted to mine in May and new discs would have been a bonus! :headbang:

But forum rules require you to specify a price.
