rear camera

i have 3 knackered rear sensors, so rather than replace them i have got a camera that would go by the numberplate im guessing but i am wondering how to get the cable through the rear in a tidy fashion without big holes being made, its a nice use to the otherwise useless analog tv thats fitted. any thoughts how it can be done gents ? i will bring it with me to wales and we can pontificate about it at the hotel
also which cable wire is the reverse light power supply going into the rear left light cluster, im guessing one of those will be an earth lead

Might as well fit a tow bar as well, then you can put your leisure batteries in a little trailer behind
