Rear bumper supplier advice

Anyone have any experience of these guys?

Appear to be offering a Z4M style rear bumper without the need for the facelift rear light change. £400 seems steep, but cheaper than a bumper and a set of rear lights maybe..?

Could just be a moulding to add to your existing bumper. I would try and get done clarification.
