I have just put a facelift front bumper on my 2004 2.5i Z4 and I came across what appears to be a common problem, a broken bumper bracket. £30 seemed a lot for what is only a piece of plastic , but it was easy to replace and the front end is now all finished.
My next job is to replace the rear bumper with a Z4m version and I am now wondering if I am likely to come across a similar problem with the rear brackets when fitting the Z4m bumper. If I am I will probably try and source replacements before I start the job
