Rear brakes...looks like a rust form...?

G'day guys, recently changed the rear brake pads & rotars on my 03model, as im a new z4 owner, not sure if this is normal, although there seems to be a rusty color form, is this normal? As the front brakes dont have this? Also minor squeaks here & there as im parking the vehicle...Any advise would be mush appreciated.

My brakes pick up a coating of oxidisation even if they're only left overnight - and it's perfectly normal.

A quick dab of the brakes in the morning and it's gone.

Have you bedded in the brakes? If not that could explain the minor squeaks. Or maybe dust/dirt on the rotor.

As far as the rust color its like mmm-five said.
