Rear brake replacements

My drivers side rear brake calliper is seized. Any recommendations for replacement rear callipers? I also assume I'll need new discs and pads.

It's for an E86 Coupe.

How much does the quality and performance vary between brands? Looking at various options for replacement callipers on a couple of the common parts websites, the prices vary wildly.
