Rear Brake Lines

Hello everyone,

Was just wondering if you have to remove the diff, rear subframe and fuel tank just to replace the rear brake lines?

I have just put my rear end back together and wondering if it's possible to change all the rear brake lines without having to drop everything again?

It’s possible but fiddly from what I’ve read.

Yes you can

Just use kunifer or copper pipe snd make the ends off yourself

Make a join in the BMW steel pipe under the plastic tray under the passenger side of the car

I have posted pictures before showing how I did mine

Not a how to really but a few pictures that shows how to. Will try and find them after I get off the phone

On the phone to virgin media just want to cancel one of my two accounts been 50 mins so far have heard all the tunes at least once some the second time spoken to a human after 40 mins to be put through to a different department.........

Seems to be the new norm with all call centres now :roll:

Had to wait at least 1hr 30mins when phoning ecp last week!!
