Hi guys,
I'm sorry if this has been covered before but please could someone tell me what grade this should be? It's for a 2007 Coupe 3.0 si sport

Thank you

Some on here recommend Millers 75w90.

Thanks inkey$,
I ended up ordering from BMW as I need to get a top radiator hose ( having new vanos solenoids , engine gaskets, water pump, housing, expansion tank plus mega full service done at the moment ready for summer) but thanks for taking the time to reply. Tom

AKA 'the works'! Sounds as though you're enjoying life with the Coupe, Tom

Embarrassing to say, after driving it back from Halifax it went straight into the garage for detailing and then went to my local garage for mechanical freshenup, ( to be honest I could have done much of the work myself but winter is my busy time of year and this year was exceptional so l thought......get someone else to do it and save myself the scrapped knuckles!!) So unfortunately, it not been used at all, also forgot to mention its having a sports back box fitted as well to make it sound proper ( sound proofing going in the boot ).
Once all the work is done I'll hopefully spend some seat time enjoying it.......but before the winter I'll probably fit B12 kit and uprated brakes n discs all round and replace both Disa valves........hopefully that will have me covering all the major wear n tear items and give the Coupe it's life blood back for many more years. I'd originally budgeted to pay almost twice the price for a much lower mileage Coupe, so with this being one of the cheapest manual si sports at the time ( and it was my perfect specification to boot) I simply used some of the spare cash to bring it up to tip to condition.. :driving:
